Payment is required 3 days prior to the consultation. I can accept checks, money orders or credit cards via PayPal.
CHECK or MONEY ORDER - To pay with a check or money order, I'll provide you with my mailing address in my confirmation note. Checks should be received 3 days prior to the consultation.
I am able to accept checks in U.S. Dollars, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars and Euros. For non-U.S. currencies, we agree on the amount using a currency converter and conversion rates as of the day you agree to send funds (I typically use Yahoo Finance's currency converter for this purpose).
Consultation & CD Recording
For the consultation, I will call you. All consultations are interactive and are conducted over my speaker phone so that both your voice and mine can be recorded. During the session, you can take notes if you wish, but that is not necessary. At various points, I will ask if you have any questions. At any point along the way, you are free to ask questions.
After the consultation, I will either mail a physical CD to you or transfer the files via e-mail over the internet. The preferred format is a MP3 format, which can be played on a MAC or a PC and can be download to your iPOD. However, if you wish to play the recording in your car or on your home CD player, you may require an audio CD (WMA file) versus a MP3.
For the Soul Journey (natal chart consultation) and Mapping The Soul's Journey (astrology of location consultation), a 15 minute follow-up is included in the price of the consultation and must be scheduled within 30 days of the original consultation (unless an exception arises). Since so much information is covered in the consultation, the purpose of the follow-up session is to answer any questions that arise after you review the CD. Follow-up sessions are not recorded.
As always, and at anytime, I am open to any questions you might have. I gladly answer small questions as time permits. However, if a question requires additional research and extended communication, incremental charges would apply and be discussed ahead of time.
Note: I maintain CD recordings for 9 to 12 months after the consultation.
Why Do I Gather Your Goals & Objectives
For any type of consultation, it is helpful for you to communicate your specific goals, objectives and any challenges you may be facing. This way, I can be sure to incorporate these items into my analysis to target the consultation to meet your specific goals and needs.
For an astrology of location consultation, it is helpful for me to know your experiences in past locations, any locations you are considering for relocation and what you hope to accomplish with the relocation or travel.
Birth Data
Most importantly, I need to know your birth date, birth time and birth location. If you do not have a specific birth time, we will need to discuss options you have. An accurate birth time provided by you is essential. I do not perform chart rectification to determine birth time.
Note: For an astrology of location consultation, only one system (Geodetics) can be used if you do not have a birth time.
